Settings for the rewards
Changes can be made to the settings below.
Enabling and Disabling
By enabling this, the review rewards feature will be available for usage.
Point Reward
Set the number of points customers can earn for writing a review.
Customer Reward Limit
- Limit on Acquisition: You can set the number of reviews a customer can receive rewards for.
- Interval: Set a time limit until the customer can receive this reward again.
*This interval will be activated after the customer writes their review.
Example:
In the screenshot above, customers will be able to receive the reward 2 times a day.
After a day, the customer once again, will be able to receive 2 rewards.
Reward Criteria Settings
You are able to restrict rewards to particular kinds of reviews as categorized below.
- Curated reviews: reviews that are manually curated/chosen by the owner of the store. (Review selection is done through the Judge.me app and cannot be done through the easyPoints app, so please be aware of this.)
- Verified reviews: Reviews that are sent by verified customers. *You are able to change the approval settings in Judge.me. We recommend reading the review conditions and limitations article which can be accessed here.
- Minimum rating: Only reviews with a rating higher or equal to the set minimum rating will receive rewards.
Example: Ratings of 2 stars or above.

Warning:Please note that reward points may not be immediately received even if the conditions are met. The allocation of reward points for eligible reviews may take up to more than 1 day.
