In the customer page, you can check the past history of the customer's point allotment.
Allotment type, date, order ID and total amount(for orders), point value are displayed in the list, and the badge's color changes depending on the allotment status.

Allotment Type
Allotment type indicates what event caused the point allotment.
Order Placed
Point allotment created by orders.
Points earned from the order will get displayed in the Points field.
If the order was refunded, allotments related to the refund will also get attached.
Refund: Points that were subtracted from the customer due to refunds
Reimbursed: Redeemed points given back to the customer due to refunds
Other types
If the allotment was not an order, the type and points are displayed as a single line.

Point allotment status
Points in easyPoints can have different allotment status based on the order's status.
Points are displayed in different colors representing the status.
Green: allotted
Allotted points are displayed in green.
Yellow: pending
Pending points are displayed in yellow.
Mainly used when the points are being processed after fulfillment, or is during the pending period.
Red: deducted
When deducted, points are displayed in red.
Usually used when points are deducted due to order cancelations and manual allotments.
