How to import the information
By importing a CSV file with the information above, you are able to adjust point information at once.

Import status and errors
When an import is finished, the import date and numbers of imported rows and errored rows will be displayed as a list.
you can download the error CSV file to view all errors and it's reasons.
- Email was not entered, or had a uppercase letter (easyPoints cannot handle upper case letters in emails)
- Encoding was invalid (needs to be UTF-8)
- Header was incorrect
- Deducted more than the customer had
