The easyPoints customer page can be found from the customers page in Shopify, then clicking on a customer, then clicking on the "more actions" and selecting easyPoints. For detailed information, please refer the article, how to find easyPoints customer page.
1. View in Shopify
This will take you back to the Shopify Customers page.
2. Allocate Points
Manually adjust point allocation adding or deducting points as desired.
3. Tier Settings
Manually modify a customer's tier settings here.
4. Order History
Allotment Type, Date, Order Total and ID (when it is an order), and the allotment point value is listed.
