Custom integration flow

  • First, please understand the differences between a widget and a custom integration.
  • Using both the widget and the custom integration might cause unexpected errors, so please make sure to test it throughly before hand.
  • The first custom integration will be done with no extra fees.
  • The custom integration takes about a week for completion from the request. 

 

1. Install easyPoints and click the custom integration from the set up menu

  • If your theme is not almost complete, please be as close to completion as you can before the request. 
  • The custom integration is not available in the free plan.
  • If you selected the widget in the first part of set up, please request the custom integration from the app settings menu. 

 

2. Install the "Theme access" app 

  • Due to recent changes to Shopify's rules, installing the Theme access app and sharing the password is required in order to give permission to people other than the owner.
  • Once you have installed the app, please make a password for easypoints@lunaris.jp. 
  • If you delete the password after the custom integration, a new password will be needed for modifications and fixes.

3. Accept Shopify Collaborator Request Sent by Lunaris.

  • Once you have finished setting up the app, we will send a mail for the custom integration from easypoints@lunaris.jp within 2 business days.
  • The collaborator access request will be automatically sent to the mail used for Shopify subscription.
  • If you have set a collaborator request code, please send us the code.

4. Once the mockup has been checked, we will schedule the integration

  • Usually, the mockup will be ready in 2 business days after the collaborator request has been accepted.
  • The mockup will be created from the main theme that is published at the time of the request, or a theme of your choice. 
  • If you edit the theme after the mockup creation, we may take an extra fee to re-create the mockup, so please make sure to choose which theme to use, and finish all theme editing before the process starts.
  • If there is no need for a mockup and you would like an integration as soon as possible, please let us know.
  • If there are any changes you need in the mockup, please let us know. 
  • Once you have checked the mockup and reported, we will schedule the integration date.

5. The day of integration

  • If you are planning to use tiers, rewards, bonus points or anything else, we will make sure to set up all required features in the integration.
  • Please do not make any changes to the theme until the custom integration is complete.
  • The custom integration usually takes about 2 to 6 hours until completion.
  • Once we are done with the set up, we will let you know. 
  • If you need any fixes, please let us know.

 

6. Set the main theme to the theme with integration

  • The custom integration will be applied to a duplicate, created from the requested theme.
  • Please make sure to test and check the theme throughly, before switching it to the live theme.

 

7. The custom integration is finished!
