Utilizing the app, "CRM PLUS on LINE" in conjunction with easyPoints and Shopify Flow, enables the automated rewarding of points after registration and linking with LINE, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
We will begin by explaining the basic settings and setup.
If you have already configured CRM PLUS on LINE, feel free to skip to step 3.
1. Installing the app
Access the Shopify app store and install the following apps.
2. Create an official LINE account and link it.
You can look at the CRM PLUS on LINE manual from the following link below.
Please follow the steps in the manual to create an account, configure link settings and complete all of the other settings to proceed to the next step.
3. Shopify Flow settings
Please create the following flow.

Trigger: CRM PLUS on LINE "Add - 顧客にソーシャルログインの連携が追加されました"
*This will be in Japanese since it is a Japanese app. It states, "Add - customers linked with social login" - Condition: Customer tag is not equal to "Name of your choice" (line-points-granted)
- Action 1: easyPoints "Adjust Point Balance"
- Action 2: Shopify "Add customer tags "Name of your choice"(Name created in Condition)"
After completing Shopify and LINE registration, customers will receive points.
Since LINE registration can be manually changed by the customer, add a tag to the customer after point reception to prevent customers from receiving the reward more than once.
The tag name can be changed as you like. However, ensure that the tag name in the condition and the final action is the same.
In the easyPoints point adjustment action, input the following:
{{customer.id}} in the Customer ID section,
Any amount of points to reward in the Point Value section.
