Surveys synced with easyPoints
You are able to create several questionnaire surveys on Gojiberry, but the ones connected with the easyPoints survey rewards are the following:
- 5-second test
- Multi-question survey
Both will be displayed above the checkout confirmation page, showing the amount of points obtainable for answering.
You can only set 1 survey at a time, but you can create the two listed above and switch them out manually.

Setup
1. Install the app
To use the survey rewards, you will need to have easyPoints, Gojiberry, and Shopify Flow installed on your store. If any of the above are not installed, please install them first.
2. Setup the point allocation with Shopify flow
Open the Shopify flow template here and create the workflow that contains easyPoints and Gojiberry.
If you are planning to create the workflow yourself without using the template, Make sure the trigger in Shopify flow is Gojiberry's "Survey submitted" which leads to the action within easyPoints, "Adjust Point Balance".
More on, make sure to set up the action on easyPoints as well.
Insert {{customer.id}} in the Customer ID / Email section and {{points}} in the Point Value section. Afterwards, points set in the Gojiberry app will automatically input here.
Once the settings are complete, please activate the flow.
3. Create a survey in the Gojiberry app
Access the Gojiberry app from the Shopify management page and click "create a new project".
Choose either the 5-second test or the Multi-question survey and set up the settings.
Once you have set the questions, a screen to fill out the incentives will be displayed.
Click on "Points" and fill out the number of points you would like to be allocated.
you are also able to input this to the Shopify Flow variable.
Once you have finished the preview and saved the survey, click "Turn on". If there are any errors made in the Shopify flow, there will be an error message above this. If so, please check if the trigger action is correct, if the flow has been activated, and if there are any errors to the variables.
That concludes setting up points.
Shopify flow will automatically give out the points set in Gojiberry to the customers.
You can only set 1 survey after checkout, but this could be changed manually at any time, and if there are differences in points, that will be automatically updated as well.
This means that once the flow settings are completed, all of the other settings will be made in the Gojiberry app.
