What is point history?
On the Order History of the customer account page, the amount of points received will be displayed.
The benefits of the point history feature
Customers gain transparency into their spending and point accumulation with the Point History feature. This feature allows customers to precisely track the amount spent on purchases and the corresponding points earned for each order. By offering a simple view of their purchase history, customers can make decisions on how to utilize their points strategically. All of these small things will benefit customer engagement and provide a positive impact on the store.
The conditions to use the point history feature
The point history feature is included in the pro plan or plans above that.
If you are using the basic plan, you can separately buy the specific feature for an additional $20 a month.
If you would like to use this feature, you will need to undergo a point history setup. Please contact us here for the setup.
