When you modify the tier settings in easyPoints, the system will reassign tiers based on the new rules at the time of the change. (To prevent unintended updates due to accidental operations, the reassignment process starts only if changes are detected after a 5-minute wait.)
As a result, if you make setting changes between update cycles, some customers’ ranks may change immediately.
If you plan to update the settings, please be mindful of when you save the changes, and ensure that customers are notified in advance, if necessary.
Currently, there is no option to prevent this automatic reassignment. If you need to retain customers’ ranks before the update, please export the rank data via CSV in advance.
After the rank reassignment is complete, you can re-import the saved data to correct the ranks as needed.
