In order to select the pricing plan most suitable for your shop, see the examples of calculated costs below.
Your EasyPoints monthly fee is calculated based on the number of active customers exceeding the number limit of the plan in addition to the base monthly fee.
An active customer (AC) is any customer that has placed an order within the last 12 months.
Basic plan:
For the basic plan, EasyPoints charges a monthly base fee of $50. The additional fee is calculated from the number of active customers exceeding the limit of 500 customers.
For example, if you have 2,000 active customers and you’re on the basic plan, you will be charged an additional fee of 0.22 cents per customer exceeding the limit of 500 customers, which is a total of $330 for 1,500 customers.
This means you will be charged $380 in total for a basic plan with 2,000 active customers.
As a result, you are paying more than the pro plan which costs $180 for 2,000 active customers.
