EasyPoints widget and point redemption form are only visible when a user is logged into the store account.
EasyPoints point redemption form cannot be implemented on the checkout page. Users must redeem point discounts using the widget or the redemption form on the cart page before checkout.
Point discount cannot be applied when Express Checkout (PayPal, Gpay, Amazon, or Shoppay) button is used to check out from product pages or the cart page. But, it is still possible to apply a point discount to the Express Checkout options by first redeeming points and use the regular Shopify checkout page. Express Checkout options can then be selected as a payment method from the Shopify Standard Checkout page.
EasyPoints is not compatible with the Shopify "Edit Order" function. If you have order cancellations, you have to use the"refund" function for the point to be refunded.
