Please make sure you have the Judge.me app installed on your Shopify store before starting.
The settings you can configure are:
- Feature enable: Turn review rewards off or on.
- Enabled = review rewards is turned on and customers will receive points for reviews.
- Disabled = review rewards is turned off and customers will not receive any points for reviews.
- Point reward: Specify the number of points customers earn per review.
- Customer Reward Limit: Cap the amount of rewards a customer can receive.
- Number of times: What is the maximum number of reviews a customer can be rewarded for?
- Include time frame: Do you want to apply a limit for a set time period? If so, click this box to set the time frame you want the limit to apply to.
*The time frame for reward limits happens at the time of the customer writing the review.
For example:
In the below image, the current settings mean customers can receive a maximum of 2 review rewards every day. After the 1-day time period has passed, customers will be able to earn another 2 review rewards and so on.
Judge.me settings:
- Please make sure to read our review conditions section — due to Judge.me settings, there might be some important limitations when options are enabled.
- You can allow rewards only for certain types of reviews in Judge.me. More than one review type can be selected.
- Curated reviews: You manually approve/disapprove reviews and only those approved receive rewards. (Curation is done in the Judge.me app and not through easyPoints)
IMPORTANT: If a review is marked as hidden, it will not be eligible to receive points even if the review is published later on.

- Verified reviews: Only reviews from verified customers can be rewarded.
IMPORTANT: Judge.me defines Verified in different ways, which can affect its use case. Please read our Verified review warning in the below section.

- Minimum rating: Reviews must have a minimum rating in order to qualify for review rewards.
